Vitamin
D3
Green
Health Watch Magazine recommends
eating organic foods rahter than taking food supplements. Consequently,
its mail order service, Lifeworks, only stocks supplements which
cannot practically be obtained from foods.
We featured
one of these, the bone food and anti-arthritis compound Osteo-trace
in the last newsletter. The other is vitamin D3, which can only
be obtained in sufficient quantities by exposing the skin to 20
minutes of sunshine a day between May and September in the UK.
