Living With Electricity includes sections on what electromagnetic
fields are and the earth's electromagnetic web of life; the energy
production and distribution networks; I-spy powerlines (identifying
the different high-voltage pylons). It also includes a short section
on the military use of electromagnetic energy.
First published in 1994 and updated in 1997 in response to public
demand for independent information about the adverse health effects
of EMFs from pylons, underground cables and substations, most of it
is still as accurate as when it was originally written. It contains
quite a lot of information that is not in Powerwatch UK's subsequent
books.
