The SAVAplug only works on 220v/240v systems.
Please check to see if your fridge or freezer is listed below. If it is, the SAVAplug is NOT COMPATIBLE and will not save energy.

Savaplugs are only suitable for fridges, freezers or fridge-freezers sold in the UK for domestic use (i.e. in the home). They are not suitable for (i) private imports from overseas (particularly from the USA) that have 110 volt compressors and a transformer or (ii) fridges or freezers with ’electronic’ controls. These can usually be recognised by the word ’Electronic’ on the appliance or in the user manual, or because they usually have an illuminated LED display of temperature (usually red).
