The Radiator Booster is placed on top of the top of the radiator, with one edge touching the wall. When the temperature near the built-in fan reaches around 32oC a thermostat sets the fan going and it sucks out the hot air from behind the radiator and into the room. More hot air getting into the room raises the room temperature, which reaches the central heating preset more quickly, turning off the boiler sooner. It’s as simple as that!
