Aspirin, ibuprofin, and pregnancy

Researchers at the Kaiser Foundation Research Institute in Oakland, California (US) found a strong link between increased risk of miscarriage and women's use of aspirin and ibuprofin (Advil) at the time of conception and early in pregnancy. No such link was found with acetaminophen (Paracetamol).

Ed.- The study was of modest size (1055 women) but worth noting if you're planning a child.
