Mackerel protects against prostate cancer
A 30-year study of 6,000 men by Stockholm's Karolinska Institute (Sweden) found that men could reduce their risk of prostate cancer by a third to a half by eating oily fish like salmon, herring and mackerel.

White fish are also good for you, but contain less omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs).

Ed.- One in 13 men in the UK develops prostate cancer, approximately 20,000 cases a year resulting in 10,000 deaths.
